ah so i am back from yet another weekend of fun spent in a backyard under the shades of an evergreen...

camping was a lot of fun this year...a little different then other years i have to say tho...we didnt get as in depth with gossip and knowing all the up and up between all of us but i think we had fun none the less...

the first day was spent setting up camp, playing bocce, goofing around, watching 'the importance of being earnest' (which i fell alseep during) and having a campfire...

i brought my wicked cool fuzz hat that i bought downtown in the middle of summer and i wore it at night when we were outside cause it was a little bit on the nipply side and the hat itself was so freakin cool that i could not help but wear it to extrude my coolness from it...

the next day we spent on the beaches of good old white rock - or right walk as i like to call it - where i got burnt to a crisp...but at least i will get a nice tan out of it and wont have to be so freakin white all the time...they were having some big festival so there was NO parking because the closed a bunch of the parking lots...asshats

the evening was spent watching the new pride and prejudice movie ...now pride and prejudice is a big thing in my family and we have each seen the movie god knows how many times...so we were very critical of this new hollywood version since we all love the colin firth A&E version ...by no means can you squish a 6 hour movie into 2 hours and do it justice...PLUS the freakin costumes were wrong which drove me CRAZY...as you can tell...i could go on for hours but i will spare you all...
