its so sunny and pretty out side...ok well it was a second ago...im just sitting here waiting for my painting to dry...alicia saw the one that i sent to peter for his birthday and asked if i would do one for her...so i am in the process...

tomorrow night we are going on a double date with c and d to the BC Lions football game...it will be a treat for her since shes use to the fast pace aussie rules football...its going to end up being freakin boring for her i think...GO THE MAGPIES!!!

alicia and i both share a love for blink 182...i want to marry travis even tho he is already married and has kids...but whatever...i gave up on blink a while ago cause it was me and ryans band...and so when we broke up i left blink 182 back with him...but with alicia here we have listened to them and it has made me love them all over again...especially travis...hes a dream...

tomorrow we play ukraine...it will be gnocchi vs. perogies and the gnocchi better win i tell you...and i will have to miss it due to work...i dont wanna talk about it...GO ITALY!!!

so smelly got sent home from work this morning...i woke up totally feeling like shit...i was kinda sick yesterday but i worked through it...but today when i got to work i knew i wasnt going to end up staying there for the whole day...

by 10:30 everyone else in the warehouse was pulling out the fans and opening all the doors due to the extreme heat...while i was going to my locker to put on a sweater cause i was freezing...they all said i was nuts and apparently had a fever so they sent me packing and told me to come back when i was feeling better...

even though i was feeling like shit it was damn nice to come home and rest for the day cause i sure needed it...i get really sick from the sun sometimes just cause i dehydrate easily so i have to drink shit loads of water...

so leashy and i spent the day watching movies and soap operas as we layed about the living room with food and stuff everywhere...we watched spaceballs and orgazmo and are now going to watch the exorcism of emily rose so im 'bout ready to crap my pants...

we went to lynn valley yesterday with peeps and crossed the crazy suspension bridge...it was supa sweet and all foresty which i love...crazy spanish boys were swimming in the creek in their jocks...

k now im gonna watch the movie and eat now nacho cheese doritos and salsa which im thinkin isnt too good for my stomach...but ohhhh welll...

wheres the snow??? i miss it

its been busy busy busy...working everyday then home and dinner and rushing out somewhere to show alicia the city and people and i am about ready to sleep forever cause it just feels like i have not had a second to rest...

we did english bay by night and downtown by day...all the touristy stuff and shopping and spending days in the sun walking forever and getting blisters...

went to the richmond night market last night and bought really cheap fake designer stuff with matt and alicia but both her and i could not walk cause we were sore and tired so we went home early and it was nice...

its so hot out i dont even want to move or do anything but lay on the tiles in the kitchen...

heat and being tired makes me not want to blog...so blah...

and yes we won today...but i didnt get to see it cause i was at work...apparently the ref was shit and and the call was bad...but really we would have won anyways in shoot outs...our goolie is hella good...

today was a not so crazy busy day...work always seems to last forever but thats usual...alicia had a good sleep and bought some socks so now shes all set...

took my girl up to burnaby mountain after dinner (its a popular place to take foreginers) and we took pretty pictures...she was excited about seeing a maple leaf so she took a picture of it...crazy austalians...

then we went and drove up to sfu to see the place and we drove through the univer -sity or however they spell it...there was a round about there and she got so excited cause in canada we dont have many round abouts if any at all...and that all they have in austalia...she took a picture of it...

while we were up there she tells me that some of her friends read my blog (hi alicias friends...feel free to comment about alicia and her craziness) and how they all think that chad is hot...i began to laugh...they talk about my blog and him and they call him 'the chad'...so when she told them she was coming here to see me they were all 'YOU HAVE TO MEET THE CHAD' and they have been asking her since she arrived yesterday if she has met him yet...i guess a meeting will have to take place...

chad is hot and we all know it...but i think his ego just inflated 100 times more..."My modesty kicks ass on everyone elses modesty" - yeah right...

so friends dont worry...we will hang with 'the chad' and there will be pictures and you can all be jealous...

it was so strange walking into the house after work and seeing her sit on my couch...it was like I JUST SAW YOU A MONTH AGO...and now here you are!!!

she was super tired after her hella long flight and i am sure she will sleep away most of tomorrow but the fun will start and soon i will be out every single night doing something with her...

i feel like crap cause when her sister was here in november it was the first time i had met her and the first meeting is always the most awkward plus i was busy with school and a boy and bloggers from out of town so i really didnt get to spend a lot of time with her...so i feel bad that now her sister gets to reap all the benifits of my free time...

whoa i just got side tracked reading old posts...

but anyways...alicia is here and we are going to party party and see the city and have fun times i tell you...its like austalian vacation part 2...aside from me working everyday...

my cousins alicia is coming from austalia tomorrow to stay with me for 3 weeks so that will be pretty cool and invlove many outtings and even more pictures...

one day i was sad and bought a tiny bear and named him after you...but when im mad at you i dont take it out on him...

i just got home from a hella long day so this is my first chance to comment on the game that shits...we played horrible in the first half and the americans just pissed me off...it was like it was a football match and they were trying to kill everyone...

dario, juliana, and i got down there super early as to secure a seat...we ended up watching the end of the ghana czech game...(that was totally cool that ghana won) and so italy is about to start and all the damn italian owners go and take the chairs away...so we had to stand AGAIN for 3 hours...we were pissed...

chad finally got there and couldnt find us cause there was so many people...but during half time we finally met up...but anyways...if i was a guy my name would be daniele de rossi so when ever you see him play in the game just think of me...kinda like how zona boy did...and hey if im gonna get a red card i might as well get a red card for something crazy ass

but we played like crap for the first half of the game...and played really good the seconod...if only that damn ball didnt bounce off our guy and go in our net...but oh well...at least we can say that the USA never actually scored on us...

and could we have HAD more offsides??? SERIOUSLY...

even tho we didnt win we still went to the park for some fireball...and then it rained on us...

i cant sleep...this week has been the shits sleep wise...i have to get up in 8 1/2 hours so that i can go downtown to watch the italy - usa game...im sorry but a lot of my posts are going to be italian / italy related...im feeling very nationally inspired as of late...

ahhh...boys confuse me...seriously...one talks to me all the time but its most likely a no...the other one doesnt talk to me as much and might be a yes...i really need to get some clarification here...brothers keeper

again i am having one of those nights where i end up repeating all the conversations i had during the course of the evening in my head again...kjdfhlasdkjhfas...this is why i remain single...cause everything is just too confusing and retarted...but maybe if i wasnt single things would make more sense...hummmm

today was my first day on the job as a warehouse whore...i got to work with glitter all day...taking big bags full and putting them into smaller bags...it was quite colourful and shinny...it was a long day but glittery none the less...

paper bag drinking...we have decided that after every italy game...we buy some fireball and drink it in some park...it has now become tradition...

so tired alert...

screetus and i went down to granville island today and spent the afternoon there...the weather was pretty and there was lots to see...first stop was to the public market where we walked around...it was so crowded and there were so many people...we got some sushi for lunch and some scones for dessert...they were very yummi...and we ate them outside on the water...we didnt take very many pictures which was very bad of us...

after lunch we went over to the emily carr institue where we looked at some of the students art and watched this interesting video which showed clips of the riots in vancouver after that horrific 1994 stanley cup final...some of what was shown was really cool...other stuff was graphic and gross...

then we went back to the market to find lower case carmen who works in there...we both had no idea what she looked like but she did say she worked at a place that sold meats and pasta...so we stopped at the first place we saw and asked the girl if her name was carmen...she said yes...then we asked if she was lowercase carmen...she said yes...then she tried to sell us pasta...she was super cute!!!

then we shopped a little and bought panic buttons...they were super cute and i gave mine to my dad to put on his tool box...

we drank beer at the granville island brewery which was super cool and a half...we talked life...and blogs...cause when bloggers get together they talk blogs and bloggers...its what we do...

then i headed home on the bus...but then the bus went crazy and i had to walk home...half by choice and half cause i was too lazy to do anything else...it took me half an hour and now i want to die from sore legs...

TOMORROW IS THE GAME!!!
